HAPPY 4TH OF JULY

When I started this blog only a couple of months ago, I never knew that this would become such a part of my life….a part that I simply cannot find the right words to describe of just how much I enjoy every single time I come here.  The most amazing thing is that there are so many of you that has taken a very special place in my heart…from all over the world.  I’ve begun to recognize every person’s writing style  and look so forward to read what you have to say next!  I want you to know that it truly is an honor to be in the company of so many talented poets and writers.  From my corner here in Australia, I want to wish all of my American friends a very Happy Independence Weekend.  Enjoy every moment with your family and friends, please be safe…and thank you for your wonderful friendship ~ x

Celebrate the freedom
of the US of A
Put out it’s colors
In a proud way

You’re so fortunate
to live in this place
So serve it right
and not just today

This is America
the US of A
Celebrate with pride
on it’s birthday

HAPPY 4th OF JULY!!!
