Aussie Beef Burgers – Weekend bliss!!
INGREDIENTS
500g beef mince
1 onion, finely diced
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp BBQ sauce
1 tsp Oregano Leaves
2 carrots, grated
2 tsp Thyme Leaves
2 eggs
½ cup breadcrumbs
METHOD
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
2. Divide mixture into 12 portions and roll into patties.
3. BBQ burgers on a medium heat for 7-8 minutes on both sides and serve on toasted buns with sliced tomato, beetroot and rocket.

I do like a good BBQ’d burger in summer. This one doesn’t look like anything I’ve ever had. Carrots? Oregano & Thyme leaves – ooh, I gotta try this one…

It is very yummy, when I first came to Australia and saw how they ate hamburgers, I was blown away!!!
