clenching this dream
as I stagger towards
the maze of your fervor
and silence grow pregnant
where I long for your love
to turn my evanescent soul
and sculpture my heart
a dream within a dream
as our memories fade
where passion is the fire
♥
my silent heart within
as I write

Wouldn’t it be wonderful if we could live in a world where “mind reading” would not be necessary…where we could honestly say what we felt and thought…oh but that might lead to social anarchy…oh just a random thought brought on by you fine poem. 🙂
In this “political correct” society Charlie?….just imagine! Heading over to read your poem and listen to your fine voice 🙂 Hugs x
Amazing song and words. Some song make us think and ponder life. This song does.
