exposing a bleeding heart
becoming undone
life has a rhythm
lies within the rules of hope
no-one understands
uncover the darkness
so angelic and sanguine
blazing fire within

at the edge
of my muse
adrift in
oceans of tide
lost in pain
where I
find memories
left behind
as I walk
through the
maze in
reflection
of stolen time
where
melange
of illusion
scatters
the mind
in dreams
beguiling
the truth
like echoes
of answers
erased
take me
to that
secret place
through the
darkness
as I still
go on
beneath
silence
and the tears
I weep

following
broken only
by screams
of orange
parodies
of naked
truth
behind
painted frowns
as stillness
deepens to
black
every rhythm
playing fate
of its
somber time
